Lt. Surge, Koga and Oak are all from the first generation. Other than that, I think they're all from G3 up.

Oak is the only one I recognize, I never thought the series had so many characters. Are they fillers , or they have the same portion as Oak ?

Kiyoko, the one you pointed out is not from pokemon but Zoids Genesis. The one on the left is Ron, and the big redheaded guy is Garaga.

@tomatoma the other guys are mostly Gym leaders! they're kinda important. Byron is especially adorable though. xP

I haven't really played a Pokemon game since Red/Blue came out back in middle school.
I'm moderately sure all these fellas hail from newer entries in the franchise, however!
